All eyes will be smiling when the Historic Downtown Long Grove Business Association presents Irish Days, a celebration of Irish culture, music, food, and drink. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 30 – Monday, September 1, 2025.
What to expect:
- Best Irish Dog Contest
- Men’s Best Legs in Kilt contest
- Live Music
- Irish inspired food provided by Rep’s Place
- Irish Dance Groups
- Shannon Rovers Irish Pipe Band
- Kids Craft Tent
New this year:
- Extended Saturday and Sunday hours
- Lions Club Pub “Fibbber MaGee”
- Evening Entertainment: Saturday, Without U2 and Sunday, The Dirty Wellies


Get a FREE Irish Days Pint Glass
- Spend $150 at any historic downtown Long Grove shops and/or restaurants (pre-tax) Saturday, August 30 through Monday, September 1 and get a FREE Irish Days pint glass.
- Bring your receipts to the Visitors Center or at the HDLGBA Booth onsite at Irish Days for redemption.
- Promotion ends September 1, 2025 at 4 pm or while supplies last.
- Receipts from any number of locations and purchases must total $150 for redemption.
